Where crystalline blossoms emerge from the language of flame.
DaisyFlare is a rare outcome of true dragon-kiln wood firing, where shifting flame, falling ash, and atmospheric change create effects that cannot be repeated by design. Across its russet glaze, golden crystalline clusters open like wild daisies—each a single cooled imprint of a moment the kiln produced only once.
Near the base, a faint cool-toned halo gathers with quiet radiance. This subtle glow appears only in a small fraction of firings, formed when heat, ash, and airflow align with exceptional precision—an unmistakable sign of a singular kiln event.
To the casual viewer, it is a field of blossoms. To the collector, it is a record of fire’s unpredictability: crystals suspended in vitreous depth, shaped not by control but by risk. DaisyFlare is a vessel of contemplation, where the ancient discipline of the dragon kiln turns natural chaos into pattern and light.
Handmade in Shuiji Town, Jianyang, Fujian, with local iron-rich clay and naturally iron-bearing mineral glaze.
